I really enjoy working with pre-service teachers and practicing teachers outside of the school setting. I feel that connecting with each other can be very powerful and can provide some much needed networking as well as a bit of energizing to our profession. Below are some of the sessions that I do regularly, either at conferences or professional development workshops. Because these are google slides, some of them may change to reflect the group that I am working with-I really try to cater my presentations to the audience. Additionally, some of the features from powerpoint don't always transfer over (like sound clips) If you like what you see and are interested in having me work with your group, please feel free to contact me! Speaker notes are available for the slides if you click on the settings icon.

I Skyped into Dr. Colleen Sears' class at The College of New Jersey to chat a bit about what I do as a teacher and how much of what I do is based on the ideas that Dr. Randall Allsup writes about in his book, "Remixing the Classroom: Towards a New Philosophy of Music Education." I had a great time and always look forward to these opportunities!
